At FreeTapMenu (a NeuroArk product) we take the privacy of your data and your guests’ data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
1. Data we collect
Your account data (name, email, and an encrypted password), your restaurant data (menu, locations, hours), and usage data from your public pages (views, scans, device type, and approximate location derived from the IP address).
2. How we use data
To provide and improve the service, offer support, generate your analytics, prevent abuse, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data.
3. Third-party providers
We use providers that process certain data on our behalf: Stripe (card payments), ElevenLabs (AI voice agent), Mapbox (maps), MaxMind (IP geolocation), and SMS and domain-registration providers. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy.
4. Your guests’ data
The information you capture from your guests (orders, reservations, contact details) belongs to your restaurant. We act as a data processor; you are responsible for complying with the regulations that apply in your country.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the session and language preference. The marketing site does not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Retention
We keep data while your account is active. Deleted records are automatically purged after a retention period (for example, 90 days for operational records).
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will handle your request in accordance with applicable law.
