Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FreeTapMenu (a NeuroArk product). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
FreeTapMenu is a platform to build digital menus and manage ordering, payments, reservations, waitlists, analytics, and integrations for restaurants.
2. Account
You are responsible for your account information and for the activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials confidential.
3. Subscription and payments
Pricing is per location: $10/mo billed monthly or $7/mo billed annually ($84/year per location). The subscription renews automatically and you can cancel anytime from your account, with no penalty.
4. Third-party costs
Some integrations carry third-party costs billed separately: Stripe processing fees, ElevenLabs voice-agent usage, SMS, and your custom domain registration. Those charges are not included in the subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to publish content that infringes third-party rights, or to compromise the security of the platform.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of your menu, brand, and data. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will let you know. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the then-current terms.
